If the faucet is working, turn it on and let the water run for a few minutes. This will test the water pipe and ensure it’s not broken. If the faucet doesn’t work, you may need to replace the faucet.

Check the faucet lever.

If the faucet lever is broken, turn the faucet on and off. If the water is coming out slowly and evenly, the pipe is probably not broken. If the water comes out quickly and unevenly, the pipe is probably broken. If you can’t fix the water pipe yourself, call a Plumber, Caulfield.

Disconnect the water supply pipe

First, disconnect the water supply pipe. This will allow you to access the broken part of the pipe. Next, use a plunger to push and pull the fluid out of the broken pipe. You should also be able to see if there is any liquid on the ground or in the air. If there is liquid, it means that there was a leak, and you should replace the pipe as soon as possible.

Look for any debris

One of the most important things, as per Plumber Caulfield, to look for when checking the water pipe is any debris. This could be anything from leaves and twigs to tiny pieces of metal. If there’s any debris on the surface of the pipe, it means that it’s not the right length and may need to be replaced.
